Pallet storage with Propal 3 racks

Propal 3 specific features
All Propal 3 pallet storage systems are designed and tested in accordance with current European standards (EN 15512 and EN 15620), and comply with INRS, ED 771 and CRAM recommendations.
- 28 ladder heights: 1800 to 10,000 mm ;
- 16 side rail lengths: 1350 to 3900 mm;
- Reversible longitudinal members;
- 10 depths: 600 to 1500 mm;
- Racks composed of bolted or dismantled reversible ladders with galvanized finish;
- Capacity up to 18 tons per ladder (with first level 1500 mm from floor);
- RAL 1028 yellow epoxy finish;
- Levels adjustable in 50 mm increments;
- 2 or 4 anchors per ladder.
The PROPAL3 storage rack can be fitted with a full range of accessories: fir tree cover, wire or sheet metal cover, reel support, anti-fall net, protective net. For outdoor storage: opt for a galvanized version of our Propal 3.

Our Propal 3 rack is the ideal solution for storing heavy or bulky products such as pallets. Its modularity and wide range of accessories will enable you to adapt it to your needs and logistics flows. The Propal 3 system is the synthesis of the most advanced techniques. It has undergone numerous computer-controlled tests using the latest calculation programs. Each load is announced with a safety coefficient of 1.5, giving it :
- Reliability: the design of the claw, which wraps around the upright over a height of 285 mm, ensures excellent load distribution;
- Sturdiness: cold-formed storage equipment, ladders up to 18 tons capacity. Machined from the best HLE (high yield strength) steels, with a constant focus on quality and compliance with standards.
- Safety: the use of safety wedges prevents any risk of the stringers coming loose;
- Adaptability: perforated in 50 mm increments, rack ladder uprights enable precise level adjustment. The Propal 3's ladders and side rails are also reversible.

Storage space
For your storage space, it's important to consider the available floor space, the height of your building, the space needed for existing equipment to circulate, and the storage environment (outside, directed cold or negative cold).
Your goods
It's crucial to take into account the known inbound and outbound flows of your goods, whether they are perishable or sensitive, and the number of different goods references to be stored.
Specific aspects of your pallets
For your pallets, take into account the size and weight of the pallets, the total quantity of pallets to be stored on this surface, as well as the number of pallets per reference.
Other factors
Other factors such as the type of forklift used, which determines the system's maximum removal height and aisle width, and the skill and safety of forklift operators must also be taken into account.
