Project Naturopera
French shelving for a French manufacturer.

"In our 19,000 m2 warehouse in Bully-les-Mines (62), we opened our first production line. Naturally, when it came to choosing a partner to equip our in-house laboratory, our maintenance workshop and the logistics unit, we favored short-distance purchasing by calling on a local manufacturer, which is how we came to meet Provost. The Origine France Garantie label for our PROPAL3, PROSPACE + and PRORACK + shelving, manufactured just a few kilometers from the site, was a decisive criterion for the logistics manager, who wanted to work with a direct, short-distance manufacturer.
A 3,000 m2 racking cell was installed , along with equipment for the workshop and laboratory. The shelving assembly service was entrusted to a team located in the area close to the site.

In 2013, Kilian O'Neill and Geoffroy Blondel de Joigny created their own brand of ecological diapers, Tidoo, aimed at the organic retail market. 7 years later, in 2020, boosted by the success of the Tidoo brand and the creation of new brands, the Naturopera group was born.
The group's ambition is clear: to design healthy, safe products that preserve resources, protect the planet and benefit mankind. In 2022, Naturopera reached a milestone by choosing to control its production.
In Pas-de-Calais, the group set up its own factory for ecological diapers, 100% made in France - a first in France for 30 years.

A comprehensive, turnkey solution
Installation of a pallet storage cell within the warehouse, equipped with double-sided high-bay shelving with 4 levels + floor.
Thanks to the richness and complementarity of our solutions, we were also able to equip the laboratory with our Prospace+ shelving, also with the Origine France Garantie label, and the workshop with workbenches, handling carts, cabinets and retention devices for hazardous products, and Prorack + shelving.
A secure logistics cell
- Safety pins on each side rail. The red front keys are easy to identify at a glance during mandatory annual plant inspections.
- Wire shelves have been recommended on the first levels to secure picking operations on the ground.
- To facilitate machine circulation and for safety reasons, a tunnel aisle was created at the heart of the layout, with the first level at 3 meters, covered with wire shelves.
