What is a suspension file?
A suspension file consists of a reinforced paper pocket with a rail suspension system adapted to a storage cabinet for filing documents. Using a suspension file shelving solution allows you to organize your paper documents more efficiently, and makes them easier to handle than storing them in binders.
Proclass shelving for suspension files and binders
Proclass shelving is specially designed for archiving, especially suspension files, with a depth of 362 mm and specially designed folding shelves. Available in office heights of 2000 mm or 2250 mm, Proclass can also be supplied in extra-high heights of 2450 mm.
The use of the Proclass rolled-edge ladder, solid or perforated, is the ideal solution for fitting out libraries and media libraries. Thanks to its meticulous finish, it is also particularly popular with businesses, offices and public services. For added aesthetic appeal, our shelving can also be fitted with wood or decorative trims.

Available in an open version for storing archive boxes, or with a sheet-metal base for office storage or book storage, Proclass comes in a range of sizes and can be fitted with a number of accessories:
- Open, closed or rolled-edge ladders;

- White RAL 9016 finish, other colors on request
- Shelves 8/10th thick, adjustable every 25 mm;
- Cross-braced or sheet-metal bottom;
- 2 heights with white RAL 9016-finish shelves: H 2000 mm - 7 shelves or H 2200 mm - 8 shelves;
- Special high height H 2450 mm - 9 shelves;
- Shelf for suspension files;
- Delivered ready-to-assemble.
The 1000 mm long version can accommodate 100 suspension files or 12 archive boxes per shelf. The 1200 mm long version accepts 125 suspension files or 15 archive boxes per shelf.
