Our two-wheel storage pallet
For this type of made-to-measure pallet, our design office took into account the customer's needs in order to design a solution adapted to his specific requirements. We worked closely with the customer to understand their requirements in terms of dimensions, materials and functionality. We also took into account factors such as the handling, storage and transportation of goods, as well as the safety standards in force in the customer's industry.

Our tire pallet
Storing tires can be difficult for a number of reasons. Firstly, tires take up a lot of space, which can cause storage problems in warehouses. In addition, tires need to be stored in appropriate conditions to avoid degradation, which can include controlled temperature and humidity. In addition, tires must be stored in such a way as to avoid deformation or damage, which may require the use of special storage racks or racks.
Thanks to the expertise of our engineering department, we have designed a customized pallet for tire storage. This innovative pallet enables your tires to be stored vertically, saving considerable space in your warehouse. The pallets are also equipped with fold-down sideboards for easy transport, and textile cradles to protect tires from damage. What's more, our tire storage pallet is equipped with castors, making it easy to move around. This tire storage solution is practical and efficient for warehouses, garages and tire centers, offering a tailor-made storage solution to meet your specific needs.

The stainless steel pallet for disc storage
In this particular case, our customer needed to store stainless steel discs. These disks were to be stored temporarily before being transformed into vats for pressure cookers and saucepans. Our design office, in partnership with our materials handling department, was able to design a customized pallet to optimize storage, internal flow management and integration into the production phase.
The pallet features
- A disc stack tilting system;
- The frame features a tilting structure that holds the stacks of discs in place thanks to V-shaped supports;
- A specific support for fixing near the loading area.
This support, fixed to the floor, enables pallets to be set down. During removal, this support activates the pallet's mobile structure. This enables the stacks of discs to be returned to their vertical position before loading into the machine. An automatic suction cup system then picks up each disc and loads it into the stamping machine.
