Proplus LP3 industrial platforms and walkways

Our Proplus LP3 custom-built metal platform solution is based on a modular, scalable system. all you need are 4 basic steel components: posts to carry the load, primary beams bolted to the posts, secondary beams bolted to the primary beams, and a covering of your choice, which can be made of wood, grating or sheet metal. Another advantage: the posts of our Proplus LP 3 walkways and platforms don't need to be aligned, allowing you to take all layout-related constraints into account.

Proplus LP3 metal walkways can be used to create aisles above your conveyors or work areas, or to support parcel conveyors. Perfectly suited to industrial environments, their galvanized steel structure can easily be extended or relocated.

Customized stairs and railings for industrial walkways

We can support you throughout your industrial walkway project, with staircases, steps and guardrails that comply with the French Labour Code and other regulations:

Straight staircases available with 34° or 45° degrees of inclination, with direct access, by landing or integrated into the platform;

• Spiral staircases with 600 or 800 mm passage;
• Steps with 2 to 5 treads at 34 or 45 degrees inclination;
• Handrails with handrail, center distance and skirting in compliance with standard NFE 85-015.

We can also offer you solutions adapted to the unloading of goods:

• Swing or sliding gates with automatic return and locking;
• Folding or tiltinglock gates for depositing palletized loads;
• Parcel lifts for conveying goods between different levels;
• Parcel chutes for fast, gravity-fed product descent, e.g. to packaging stations.
