Heavy-duty interior cantilever rack
Discover the Cantipro 3, our cantilever racking solution designed for the storage of long or bulky loads, with a load capacity of up to 1150 kg/arm. Ideal for storing tubes, profiles, bars and trays, the Cantipro 3 can also be fitted with a wide range of accessories, such as hot-dip galvanized electro-forge-formed grating for depositing short loads (pallets).

Structure and compliance
Unlike welded cantilever racks, the Cantipro 3 can be easily disassembled and reassembled, facilitating transport, maintenance and future expansion of the storage area. Its columns can be fitted with single- or double-sided arms of different lengths, so that they can grow in line with your storage requirements.
This exclusive system consists of 4 basic elements:
- Base: ensures racking stability with double anchoring, and can be used as a floor storage level;
- Barrel : made of 2 Sendzimir galvanized steel sections, interlocked and riveted;
- Arms: available in 8 lengths (from 400 to 2000 mm), their simple and efficient connection to the column by means of two circular wedges makes them easy to assemble, while ensuring great sturdiness;
- Bracing: fixed by a system of removable and adjustable 250 mm pitch lugs, the galvanized tubes used to brace the Cantipro 3 can be easily moved.
Our Cantipro 3 solution is also designed to comply with the Eurocode 3 standard.
Storage accessories
To facilitate the storage of all types of long or bulky loads, while ensuring operator safety, the Cantipro 3 can be fitted with a wide range of accessories. Guide rails can be installed to facilitate the movement of handling equipment while protecting the installation. Our cantilever racking arms can also be fitted with a wide range of accessories:
- Galvanized steel gratings enable you to place loads shorter than the distance between columns;
- Removable or fixed stops will facilitate the partitioning of rolling loads on the arms (such as unstrapped rollers, tubes or pipes);
- Protective end caps at the end of the arms protect operators from injury in the event of impact on arms at man-height;
- Chutes with unwind spindles and return rollers allow easy and safe unwinding of reels or spools.
- Label holders provide a smooth surface for adding information to goods;
- Hot-dip galvanized, forge-welded gratings enable loads shorter than the distance between columns (pallets) to be deposited;
- The guide rail allows handling equipment to be guided as it moves, while protecting the installation.
The third generation of Cantilever racking, the Cantipro 3 features a thin-walled, profiled column assembled by riveting. The base is bolted to the shaft to form a column, facilitating maintenance and transport. Please contact us to find the right solution for your business.
