Our parcel lift solution
Combined with a platform, our parcel elevator solution conveys parcels (boxes, cartons) between 2 levels. An electric control, installed on the upper level, controls the platform by means of an "up/down" button. A second "emergency stop" button ensures user safety.
The fully electric system enables rapid, effortless transfer of your parcels from one level to another (thus limiting RSI). Staircases and forklifts are no longer needed to transport your goods vertically. You therefore gain in productivity, while limiting your travel.
Technical features :
- Solution designed for platform heights between 2500 and 3750mm;
- Load-bearing platform for parcels up to 800x600mm and 650mm high;
- Maximum load: 100 kg on the platform;
- Platform with 1000x820mm floor hopper, allowing the carrier tray to pass through;
- Platform mounted on a cart which slides along a vertical mast: a steel cable electric hoist, mounted at the top of the mast, raises and lowers the platform from a control fixed to the floor;
- Mast, installed and anchored to the floor, attached to the platform by 2 brackets fixed to the hopper beam (mast attachment parts included in the package lift);
- System compliant with current standards (NF EN 14492-2 and NF EN 13135+A1) and CE certified.
