Storage of coils and reels with Cantipro
Several accessories make our Cantipro hand-operated racking system perfectly suited to the storage of coils or profiles:
- For simple storage of profiles, our fixed and removable stops will prevent rolling split loads from falling;
- For unwinding reels and drums, cable reels can be stored in chutes with pins and centering rings, and then unwound using a deflection roller fixed to the rear column to take up the cable without stressing the top of the column.
A modular storage solution
Our Cantipro cantilever rack solution is made up of 4 basic elements, making it highly modular. Its columns are made of 2 Sendzimir galvanized steel sections, nested and riveted together. They are anchored by tie-bars, ensuring the rack's stability, and can be used as a floor storage level. The arms are connected to the column and are available in 8 lengths ranging from 400 to 2000 mm. Bracing bolted to removable, seamlessly adjustable mounting lugs on the columns ensures optimum load distribution.
To enhance safety and adapt perfectly to the constraints of your storage area, Cantipro rack arms can also be fitted with a number of other accessories:
- Rubber end caps to protect operators and machines in the event of impact with the ends of the arms;
- Guide rails to protect the installation from accidents with handling equipment;
- Gratings allow storage of loads shorter than the distance between columns.
