LIFO or FIFO system?
There are two possible uses for accumulation storage: LIFO and FIFO:
- The LIFO (Last-In-First-Out) storage system for pallets is an inventory management method in which the last pallets to enter the system are the first to leave. This means that the pallets that are stored last in the warehouse will be the first to be picked when the stock is dispatched.
