A winery with a warehouse for storing crates and bottles.

- Their requirements -

A 2-in-1 solution for rack storage and picking of products packaged in wooden crates. The solution had to be simple and economical.

- The Provost solution -

A Prorack cart perfectly adapted to the racking to slide underneath, like a pallet drawer, without overflowing.

Just like a pallet drawer, the cart fits perfectly into the existing pallet racking without overflowing.

This enables mass storage on the upper levels of the pallet racking, and picking of cases and bottles below, at man-height, to prepare small orders.

This solution is economical and easy to install as a cart.

Product handling is optimized, resulting in time savings, less product damage and fatigue, and a reduction in RSI (Musculoskeletal Disorders).

A technical solution to meet these needs

The format of our cart is perfectly adapted to the dimensions and weight of wooden crates. Robustly built, it can carry a load of 500 kg.

However, whatever the load, it's easy to handle thanks to its 200mm diameter rubber-tyred castors.

It features 3 storage levels for efficient, ergonomic picking.

The levels can be adjusted in 50mm increments to suit different crates and their heights.
