- Kuchly's project -

In 2008, Kuchly entrusted Provost with the installation of a 200 m² warehouse dedicated to parts storage. Driven by the diversification and growth of its activities, the company has seen an increase in its machine park, combined with a need to secure the availability of parts in an increasingly uncertain global context. In 2022, Kuchly therefore decided to double the capacity of its central warehouse.

Perfect adaptation to customer specifications

We brought our expertise to bear in advising the customer on thelayout of the storage units, the permissible load according to the parts to be stored, and the load per level adapted to the customer's needs.

The installation is customized in the Groupe Denis Kuchly's historic yellow and green colors. Thanks to our flexible and adaptable manufacturing tool, we were able to offer our shelving in the exact RAL colors requested by the customer.

A real time-saver for technicians

The diversification of our activities requires an increasingly varied range of equipment, and consequently a greater need for spare parts to be kept in stock. The multiplication of levels means that more can be stored in the same space, saving time for Kuchly technicians. Levels can be adjusted in 50 mm increments to suit the height of the parts. Some bays are equipped with 10 levels over a height of 2.20 metres.

Prorack+, high-bay racking for denser parts storage

With ladders of up to 6 meters, PRORACK+ is the ideal racking system for creating platforms with aisles. Wooden or grated floors attached to the ladder allow operators to pick from the full height of the installation.
The warehouse installation has been totally optimized. Levels can be adjusted in 50 mm increments to suit the height of the parts. Some bays are equipped with 10 levels over a height of 2.20 meters.
A wide range of accessories and equipment, such as separators and fall-prevention devices, facilitate the safe storage of all non-palletized parts.
