- Customer requirements -

Our customer wanted to redesign the quality control stations on its plastic injection molding machines.

These workstations are equipped with computer screens and need to be able to display documents, check parts and store tools.

A mobile workbench that can be easily moved during inspections.

The benefits

An initial prototype was tested by our customer, enabling us to develop it further.

The elevation on the workbench can be used to hang screens and tooling supports, freeing up space on the workpiece inspection table.

In the upper section, the suspended rail is designed to accommodate a lighting strip for operator comfort.

The lower section is equipped with a lower level for storage of bulky items, a sliding shelf for keyboard and mouse, and a side support for flat carton storage.
