Are you committed to the environment?
In 2007, Provost signed a charter onsustainabledevelopment, which sets out anumber of commitments in favor of the environment: recycling of industrial waste such as profiling oils, waste water and cutting residues, acquisition of paint booths with powder recycling, natural gas heating for furnaces, sorting of waste at the end of the process, and so on.
Most of the wood we use comes from sustainably managed forests.
Provost is a member of VALDELIA, an organization that recovers and recycles waste furnishings. Regulated by law (decree of 6/01/12), the eco-contribution, a cost added to the sales price of the furniture concerned, is used to finance the collection and recycling of used furniture waste.
Can I return a Provost product I'm not satisfied with?
If you have made a mistake with your order, we will offer you a solution adapted to the situation and the type of product. Provost may accept the return of delivered products subject to the following conditions:
- In addition to the guarantees stipulated in our General Terms and Conditions of Sale, the customer has a right of return of 30 calendar days from the date of delivery of the product, when defects have been detected at the time of delivery.
- In accordance with the Provost DISTRIBUTION CGV, any delivery that is contested during this period must be the subject of significant and complete written reservations on the delivery slip at the time of delivery or by any written means during the return period. Failing this, the delivery will be considered as irrevocably accepted by the customer. All reservations must be accompanied by documentary evidence.
- No returns may be made without the prior and express agreement of Provost DISTRIBUTION, the costs and risks of return remaining the exclusive responsibility of the Customer.
- Products must be returned in their original packaging, complete and in perfect condition.
- Personalized or custom-made products cannot be returned.
- All returns will be exchanged or credited by Provost for a period of 6 months.
Do you measure customer satisfaction?
Yes, we administer a satisfaction questionnaire to recently delivered customers. The results are analyzed regularly and corrective action is taken.
