> How are Provost products delivered?
Provost products are delivered to the RDC only by courier (no appointment necessary) for parcels and pallets under 2 meters, and by chartering by heavy goods vehicle for large orders.
> Do I need handling and lifting equipment to unload the truck?
This depends on the type of material ordered and the configuration of your premises.
- If you have a dock, you can unload palletized goods using a pallet truck or forklift.
- If you don't have a dock, you'll need to request delivery by truck with tailgate.
- If the products to be delivered are long or heavy (pallet racking or storage, cantilever racking, etc.), you will certainly need to hire special handling equipment.
> What are Provost's delivery times?
Most products are in stock and will be dispatched within 2 to 10 days. Some products require a manufacturing or assembly lead time.
> Return policy
In addition to the guarantees stipulated in our General Terms and Conditions of Sale, the customer has the right to return a product within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery if defects are detected during delivery.
In accordance with the Provost DISTRIBUTION CGV, any delivery that is contested during this period must be the subject of significant and complete written reservations on the delivery slip at the time of delivery or by any written means during the return period. Failing this, the delivery will be considered as irrevocably accepted by the customer. All reservations must be accompanied by documentary evidence.
No return may be made without the prior and express agreement of Provost DISTRIBUTION, the costs and risks of return remaining the exclusive responsibility of the Customer.
