How are Provost products delivered?
Provost products are delivered by courier during the day between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m., on the ground floor only, for parcels or pallets less than 2 meters long.
Large orders weighing more than 500 kg are delivered by chartering a heavy goods vehicle.
Can I pick up my products myself?
Yes, just tell the sales representative that you want a "customer pick-up". You'll save on transport costs.
Goods are collected from the storage location indicated to you: Halluin (59) or Neuville en Ferrain (59). The pick-up time will be stipulated on your order confirmation.
Do I need handling and lifting equipment to unload the truck?
This depends on the type of equipment ordered and the configuration of your premises. If you have a loading dock, you can unload palletized goods using a pallet truck or forklift supplied by you. If you don't have a dock, you'll need to request delivery by truck with tailgate. If the products to be delivered are very long or very heavy (pallet racking, cantilever racking, storage platforms), you will certainly need to hire special handling equipment. Please specify when placing your order.
No unloading is carried out by the driver.
What are Provost's delivery times?
Most products are in stock and will be dispatched between 2 and 15 days. Some products require a manufacturing or assembly lead time.
For large orders or specific products, the normal manufacturing/shipping time is 4 to 5 weeks.
What happens if my order has more than one delivery date?
In this case, my order will be shipped within the longest lead time.
Return policy
In addition to the guarantees set out in our General Terms and Conditions of Sale, the customer has the right to return a product within 30 calendar days of the date of delivery if defects are detected during delivery.
In accordance with the Provost DISTRIBUTION CGV, any delivery that is contested during this period must be the subject of significant and complete written reservations on the delivery slip at the time of delivery or by any written means during the return period. Failing this, the delivery will be considered as irrevocably accepted by the customer. All reservations must be accompanied by documentary evidence.
No return may be made without the prior and express agreement of Provost DISTRIBUTION, the costs and risks of return remaining the exclusive responsibility of the Customer.
