How do I create an account on Provost.fr?
If you are placing your first order, you must create an account on the website. If you are already a Provost customer, you still need to create an account. At the top of the screen, in the "My account" section, you'll see the message "Create an account". Click on it to access the account creation form. Of course, you only need to fill in the form for your first order.
Can I order without going through a sales representative?
You can order in two different ways. You can order directly on the Provost website or order by telephone by contacting our customer service department. You can reach them on a single Azur number for all of France (local rate) 0809 102 202.
How do I place my 1st order on the Provost website?
Once you've found the products you want, add them to the shopping cart and confirm your order. If you are placing your first order, you must create an account on the website. If you are already a Provost customer, you still need to create an account. To validate your order and delivery address, follow the on-screen instructions. Once your order has been placed, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you. Our customer service team will contact you within 24 hours for technical details or to arrange for a sales representative to visit you.
How do I pay for my order?
- For all orders of less than €100 excluding VAT, and for all first orders for new customers, payment is made in cash, before delivery of the goods.
- In all other cases, invoices are payable as follows: 30% on order, 40% of the amount on delivery, and the balance on receipt of the product.

Orders placed on our website can be paid for by credit card. The following credit cards are accepted: Visa, MasterCard, American Express. The amount of your order will only be debited when the items are dispatched

What do I do if I've made a mistake in my order?
Contact our customer service department on 0809 102 202. If it has not yet been dispatched, your order will be corrected and a confirmation sent to you.
How can I be sure that my order has been processed?
First of all, make sure you have validated your order, i.e. until you see the message "Thank you for your order" on your screen, after the order summary and validation page. Your basket is now empty. You have received a confirmation email with your Internet order number and details of your order. In addition, our customer service team will contact you to confirm the information and access conditions for delivery.
Are prices exclusive of tax?
Prices are exclusive of tax, ex works and assembly.
I've lost my password. How can I retrieve it?
You can generate a new password on our website. How do I do this? Go to www.provost.fr and click on "Forgotten your password?" Enter your e-mail address in the appropriate field and click on "Retrieve". You will immediately receive a NEW password in your mailbox.
What do the small "V" after the Provost reference in the price table mean?
When you see this "V" sign in front of a reference, it indicates a bulky product and we invite you to consult your branch on 0809 102 202 * (price of a local call).
This is important in terms of transport costs, as it means that the normal rate cannot be applied.
What do the little stars to the right of the provost reference mean in the price table?
