Trolley with mobile base is specially desinged to keep merchandise at an ergonomic height for picking - Constant height. The central spring below the top acts in function of the weight of the merchandise transported.

scissor table system ensures horizontal and progressive raising and lowering. The mechanism with rubber covered rollers requires no maintenance and ensures smooth and silent functionning even on uneven floors.

    Trolley with mobile base : Technical caracteristics

    This trolley makes repetitive handling easier.

    • Limits efforts made with the back to bring merchandise up : fights MSD.
    • Used in industry and communities for handling parts or packages in bulk, laundry, dishes.
    • Trolley designed to receive and ship merchandise, for shelving and order preparation.

      Body in steel sheet 1.5 mm thick with tubular reinforcements. Removable pantograph without ball-bearings. The central spring is made to measure depending on the loading range from 80 to 150 kg to be determined in advance with the users.

      The wheels with supple and thick tyres move noiselessly, ideal in a hospital setting. 2 fixed casters at the front and 2 swivelling in the standard version. Mobile base covered with an HDPE plate 4 mm thick that is easy to clean with a sponge. Linear brushes around the top mean that small objects cannot fall off. Immobilisation system with a central pedal. Translucent Plexiglass walls - PMMA 4 mm thick to see the fill level of the trolley from a distance.
